Common questions

The essentials. For anything specific to your instruments or jurisdiction, let's talk.

Talk to the team →
Do I need to change my signing process?

No. VERIDEX connects after signing. You keep using DocuSign, Adobe Sign or your current platform - VERIDEX adds continuity without interrupting the flow.

Is VERIDEX an e-signature provider?

No. VERIDEX does not replace your signing workflow or determine legal validity. It integrates afterwards to compose, preserve and make the evidence reviewable.

What documented rights does it support?

Promissory notes, invoices, property titles, fund shares, tokenized RWAs, assignments and guarantees, among others - digitally signed (PAdES/eIDAS, DocuSign), across supported jurisdictions.

Is my data secure?

Yes. VERIDEX processes SHA-256 document hashes - we never store original content without your explicit authorization. The anchor creates an immutable record without exposing sensitive data.

Is VERIDEX MiCA- or DORA-compliant?

VERIDEX supports the workflows and evidence for entities subject to those frameworks. Regulatory responsibility remains with the supervised entity.
